一家人來酒店度假玩的好愜意，服務棒，景色秀麗，小橋流水，熱水鋪的現場表演也很好看，温泉池泡着放鬆身心，下次還想再來，大堂Lily對我們很熱情，禮貌周到，感謝前台的工作人員

整個酒店在設施，衞生，環境，服務等各個方面算是達到了喜來登的標準。
有兩位帥哥的服務讓我覺得非常滿意。
1.下行李時候，因為行李比較多，有位白襯衫的小哥幫我們用推車一直送到房間，歸置整齊。讓我們輕鬆很多。
2.特別要感謝前台的小呂。家裡的娃把ipad和書籍在辦理入住時候落在大堂，第二天退房才想起來😂不幸中的萬幸，酒店人員拾到後幫我們放好，才不至於丟失。在此表示由衷感謝，感謝酒店各工作人員，感謝小呂。
另外有一點我覺得挺不方便的：這家酒店沒有洗衣房😂，説是送外面洗。

全國都在堵，但去茂名一路舒暢，誰懂啊，酒店也特別棒，特別適合療養，人少乾淨，酒店不虧是喜來登，各種設施沒的説，自己陽台就有温泉，誰泡誰知道，比海某灣，御某泉都要棒。特別是帶孩子去真的省心，還要點名表揚一下前台呂健平，全程熱情周到，免了各種費用，幫忙預約了八段錦和冥想。

酒店除了偏沒什麼毛病。環境很好，很新，有座小山，還有個挺大的人工湖，泡温泉很方便，就是沒有正規的停車場，車得直接停在路面。
