體驗不好！温泉水水温低，沒有達到温泉標示的温度，體感冷，浸完後感冒了。向你們反饋過，但沒有改善。客房服務差，客房的温泉水也是不夠温度，向你們反映情況，你們答應前來調整，但最終沒有人來處理。差評！差評！差評！

設施：設施不完善，因為我們凌晨快一點了才到達酒店，而且第二天還有別的地方要去的，也沒帶泳衣，所以定了庭院房帶私人泡池就晚上泡一下，進入房間後開温泉水發現不熱，工作人員表示機器壞了，那我説換房間吧，你們説所有房間一樣都是沒有熱温泉水，衹能等，也不知道要等多久，事實是我們第二天的中午一點打開泡池還是冷水。所以我開這個1300多的房間沒任何意義，泡不上也無法取消入住！一直打電話催解決辦法，後來安排我們去別墅區住，那邊有熱温泉水，泡完都凌晨3點了。別墅很舊看圖2-4，而且給我們一家四口安排了一張大床房，完全睡不下，後來還是提着行李下着雨開車回去本來自己訂的庭院房睡。
衞生：圖5-6是温泉區的毛巾和滑滑梯，自己看吧，第二天了水上樂園也是沒有熱水冷的，所以一個晚上一個五星級主打温泉的酒店還沒有把這麼重大的問題解決，衹有公共的温泉區有熱温泉，進去的時候還給了我三個沒辦法打開儲物櫃的鑰匙牌，一去一回又折騰了半小時換新的才能打開。
服務：發現沒熱水是凌晨12點10分，我辦理入住時都快一點了，前台也不告訴我，不然我直接取消買最便宜的599房間就是了，後來換的房間又不是雙床房，第二天吃早餐和退房的服務員都有説不好意思，送了水果和魚糧。

酒店環境很好，雖然不巧趕上降温天氣，但3月30日的早餐服務讓人感到很温暖，尤其是早餐廳前台的領班十分貼心給孩子準備了路上吃的點心。美中不足的是晚上在房間泡温泉時，有人用無人機偷拍，非常沒有素質。
